Regular Pass (Follower OR Leader)
This pass entitles you to attend all regular workshops, along with the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night parties with the viewing of all shows and activities included in the main schedule. Participation in Competitions and Intensives are optional add-ons.
Regular Full Passes are nominated as Leader OR Follower. You are expected to dance as your chosen primary role (chosen at the time of pass purchase) in the majority of your time (approx. 75%) in any of the classes and social dancing opportunities.
Buddies Pass (Follower AND Leader)
The Buddies Full Pass (Double) entitles 2 people to attend all regular workshops, along with the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night parties with the viewing of all shows and activities included in the main schedule. Competitions and Intensives are optional add-ons.
Buddies Full Passes are nominated as Leader AND Follower. You are BOTH expected to dance as your chosen primary role (chosen at the time of pass purchase) in the majority of your time (approx. 75%) in any of the classes and social dancing opportunities.
Day or Evening Pass
We can’t offer the option for day passes or night passes as we have limited capacity in the venue.
The BraZouky experience grows your dancing as the festival goes on. We have designed the Learning Program as a full learning journey with progressive level and material. Therefore, we highly recommend you make time to attend the whole weekend to get full benefit of the event.
Complimentary or Awarded Pass
Complimentary or Awarded passes are non-transferable to another person, location, event or date.
Competition Registration
Full Event pass holders are eligible to register to the available competition categories during the event. Registration to the competition(s) is in addition to the event pass.
Ticket Policies
Refusal of Service
BraZouky reserves the right to refuse service on the basis of behaviour at other dance events that does not meet the BraZouky Code of Conduct. In such cases, passes will be refunded (not including any transaction fees) and entry will be denied.
Legislated restrictions on travel
If any state/federal governments introduce restrictions on travel that prevent your attendance of BraZouky, you will be eligible for a refund.
If the Vietnamese authorities do not grant you an Entry Visa, resulting in your inability to attend BraZouky Vietnam, you will be eligible for a refund. (An official ‘visa denied’ document must be shown the organization to be eligible)
Refund and Transfer Policy
We want to inform you that all registrations are non-refundable. We understand that circumstances can change, and if you find yourself unable to attend, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another individual.
Passes may be transferred with a transfer fee of USD $20. However, it is your responsibility to find the recipient. The pass can only be transferred between the same type of role (Eg. Leader to Leader, Follower to Follower), no cross-type transfer is allowed.
You are welcome to make it known you are looking via the DancePlace ‘Trasnfer Board’ or the BraZouky Vietnam Facebook Event page and once you have both agreed on the transfer, email the recipient’s details and payment receipt to the BraZouky Team at info.vietnam@brazouky.com. Transfers can only be made until May 23rd, 2024.
Changes
For all ticketing inquiries including any changes to your booking please go to your Dance Place account, and if you have any problems please contact the BraZouky Team at info.vietnam@brazouky.com.
Competition Entrant Agreement
As a Competition Entrant in the BraZouky Brazilian Dance Festival you agree that you have read and understood the policies as outlined above, as well as, the rules and criteria that can be found at the Brazilian Zouk Dance Council’s website.
Full Event pass holders are eligible to register to the available competition categories during the event. Registration to the competition(s) is in addition to the event pass.
Entrants must be courteous and respectful towards other competitors and show sportsmanship; ill behaviour will not be tolerated.
Judges will generally make themselves available for feedback AFTER the awards, but please be respectful of each Judge’s time. If you are looking for more detailed feedback that may exceed a few minutes, please respect the Judge’s time and arrange a private lesson.
Waiver/release agreement
You acknowledge that participation in dance is potentially dangerous and there is an inherent risk of injury involved.
In participating in the event, You hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts. You understand the importance of myself and my partner/student/coach following the instructions of the event staff, and I agree to release BraZouky Inc and its employees of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my participation in the activities at the BraZouky Brazilian Dance Festival.
The BraZouky organization reserves the right to take and use any videos or photos during and after the event. The BraZouky organization may use the videos or photos for commercial use.
